Availability and prices
Menu availability, offers, prices, delivery charges and business hours may change. The amount confirmed by the ordering or quotation flow at the time of your transaction is the amount used for that order, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error before fulfilment.
Bulk bookings and payments
A bulk or advance booking request is not a final quotation until Suvai Solai sends one. Where an advance or payment is requested, payment information submitted through the website may require verification before it is treated as confirmed.
Delivery, changes and cancellation
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by preparation, traffic, address accuracy and other circumstances. If an order or booking needs to be changed or cancelled, contact Suvai Solai as soon as possible. Whether a change, cancellation or refund is possible can depend on preparation status, costs already incurred and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit intentionally false orders, interfere with other users, attempt to bypass access controls, probe private systems without permission, or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service.
Service limitations
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or technical errors can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
